Hello and welcome to HarryDip2! It is your standard game of Diplomacy, except that everything is online. Please note, though, that this site is still "in beta", and so I can't guarantee I've squashed all the bugs yet. But if you find any, please report them to me so I can fix them! Hopefully most issues have been sorted out, so I'm cautiously optimistic.
Please use the orders box to submit orders. That is what I will be checking when I adjudicate the turn. I very strongly recommend putting in provisional orders as soon as you are able. There are no limits to the number of times you may modify your orders, and generic orders are better than none at all. I will attempt to adjudicate as soon as possible once the deadline has passed. For builds and retreats I will update early if everyone has orders in (unless anyone requests otherwise). I'll be generally lenient with deadline extensions and the ilk, but you must tell me before the deadline has passed. The site will not accept any new orders once the deadline has passed, so make sure you get them in!.
I will be sending everyone's names and emails once the game has started. You are by no means limited to the built-in press feature, though it does provide a good place for sending broadcast and grey (anonymous) press. I will also be sending updates and reminders via e-mail, though I would suggest checking this site for press as well.
If the deadline were to fall on a weekend or another inconvenient time, I will extend it as necessary.
